To embrace means: to love, to accept and include someone.
Are our churches embracing neurodiversity?
Are our churches really loving and accepting of autistic people? Have our churches moved forward with inclusion? Do we accept people’s differences and support them in their unique way
of developing faith and spirituality?
What does diversity and inclusion actually mean in the context of autism & church community?
This Tour aims to reflect on each of these questions.
Sensory Tray Bible
For the first time, sensory trays have been created using stories, themes and lessons from the Bible.
Each book has top tips, ideas, important information about resources, taste safe recipes and where to find other components. The newest editions also have a reflection and sensation page which has questions for you to reflect on or use as conversation starters in a group about each theme, topic and bible related study. The most recent book `The Easter Edition` also has an alternative tuff tray idea, for each story. In addition to all this, based on your feedback, the newest books have been written entirely in Open Dyslexic font (please enquire which books have this).
The books are full of photos of sensory trays and each tray has a dedicated checklist page so you know exactly what you need to recreate the tray yourself. Don't forget to also purchase the Picture Symbol flashcards that can be used with each edition and the letters and numbers which have been sorted and packed into a set with all the letters (yes, even the repeated ones) that you'll need.

Apologies but we are NOT able to post to the Republic of Ireland due to customs. Sorry for the inconvenience.
